All purchases are considered final. Refunds or returns are not available once the item has progressed beyond the printing stage, typically within 48 hours of placing the order. Unfortunately, we are not responsible for lost or stolen items. Once orders leave our location the package is in the care of the postal handler. The customer is required to submit a claim directly with the courier and follow their guidelines. USPS recommends waiting 15 days before assuming a package is lost/stolen. After 15 days, please call the customer service team of USPS or applicable shipping company.

Sometimes, USPS will mark packages as delivered days before actual delivery - I have no idea why. If you believe your package has been stolen, please submit a report to the police.
