Our apparel can be machine-washed cold, inside-out on a gentle cycle with a mild detergent and like colors. Use non-chlorine bleach only when necessary. You shouldn't use any fabric softeners or dry-clean the items.

Tumble dry low, or hang-dry for longest life.

Cool iron inside-out if necessary. Do not iron decoration.

Do not dry clean.

Unfortunately, we are not responsible for lost or stolen items. Once orders leave our location the package is in the care of the postal handler. The customer is required to submit a claim directly with the courier and follow their guidelines. USPS recommends waiting 15 days before assuming a package is lost/stolen. After 15 days, please call the customer service team of USPS or applicable shipping company.

Sometimes, USPS will mark packages as delivered days before actual delivery - I have no idea why. If you believe your package has been stolen, please submit a report to the police.

All purchases are considered final. Refunds or returns are not available once the item has progressed beyond the printing stage, typically within 48 hours of placing the order. If you encounter any problems with your order, please contact us promptly. In case of a purchasing error, such as selecting the wrong color or size, please reach out as soon as possible. We can modify your order and address any issues stemming from the purchase.

Refunds or reshipments will only be provided for errors on our part, such as shipping the incorrect color, delivering the wrong size, or if the product arrives damaged.
